I knew Mark in work. He enjoyed his work and did a fine job with his calm and common sense. Generously and enthusiastically passed on his great knowledge to others including myself for which I will always be grateful. A wicked sense of humour and had me in tears with his 'size 66 staples' gag. Will be deeply missed.
